Avoid this place at all costs.
The owner is shockingly rude — speaks to customers with zero respect and acts like doing basic service is a burden. It’s easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Whether you're buying a lotto ticket or just dropping in for a paper, don’t expect to be treated decently. There’s absolutely no reason to support a business that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Spend your money somewhere you’re actually welcome — this place doesn’t deserve your business.

Just like any newsagency, they have newspapers, magazines, lottery tickets, etc.

This place is good and handy as they accept Sendle Parcels. It is a Sendle Hub location.

As they close at 7pm, it gives that extra time flexibility that I find handy for last minute sending.

Staff there is polite and helpful.
I recommend this place.

I can't recommend this place as a Amazon return drop-off place.
The attitude is almost hostile!!!

Based on this experience, stay away from this place as far as possible.

I visited this location to pick up a parcel and was immediately met with a very unfriendly and angry attendant. He insisted on a 4-digit code that I had not received. Despite my attempts to explain, he was adamant about needing this code. After calling the courier, I was given a code that was longer than 4 digits, but only then did the attendant accept my ID and give me the parcel.

Given this unpleasant experience, I would not recommend using this newsagency for parcel pickups. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

This news agency provides parcel pick-up service, but close at 12pm on every Friday, and my parcel went to Post Office because the delivery could not be done. Friday is a normal business day, and they must have the parcel leaving facility available; otherwise, what is the purpose of having it delivered to them for late pick-ups? If they close on weekends, fine, but closing too early on Fridays, this agency must not provide the parcel pick-up service because Australia Post obviously cannot accommodate their varying business hours on normal business days. Now I have to finish early to visit the post office during normal business hours on a weekday, which is not even in my suburb.

Absolutely refused to help. I had a legitimate Sendle package booked in, but they wouldn’t accept it, claiming (lies) that couriers would only accept “small” packages, and I had to take it home and book in for collection instead. Worst service, wasted my time and petrol, lied to my face. Never going back, and I’d recommend you don’t either.

Went there to buy greeting card. They have a wide array of greeting cards and it's so easy to browse through them. It didn't take me long to choose the birthday card I needed because majority of the cards on display were all good.
