Bought two bottle holders/covers. First use it broke. I sent them an email and stated how disappointed I was at the quality of work. Said they would refund me my money. Haven't heard from then since. Won't respond to emails or messages. Won't purchase from then again.

Really disappointing service. We ordered and paid and it took 10 weeks for us to get our products. I tried to contact numerous times via email, Facebook messages and phone for them to go unanswered for 2 weeks. Finally I got a reply to say it was sent just before Christmas ( two weeks prior to the reply) the product arrived and the dispatch date was the 3rd of January 2019 so not the date given which was before Christmas. The delivery also came from China, my understanding going of the following snippet from company’s website “Kyca is a small business and is still run from home which means that every product that is purchased is hand finished and checked for quality before being sent to you.” Is that the product is made by them in Oura, NSW which is not the case at all.
I wouldn’t recommend them nor would I shop from them again purely because of the lack of customer service, the 10 week wait for the product we paid for without any correspondence on where our order was at.
