Amazing service, I was in contact with them about 2 years before we decided to sell, just to gauge the market. They advised me to hold on for a bit of extra growth initially, then after a few years we agreed to sell, the sale was off to a bit of a rocky start only due to the first buyer, Tina and Steph reassured us everything would be fine, and found us another buyer almost immediately. They helped with trades throughout settlement and made everything as easy as possible

From someone who brought a house through you guys; Not once did we meet that lady in the photo who was the ‘main agent’ for the sale of our house. Not once were we asked to take a photo with our new property with the sold sign. Your assistant real estate agent who was there to meet us every time was there instead (she was good). It’s sad because we didn’t get the nice fuzzy feeling of ‘yay! We just brought a house with our hard earned money’. Would recommend taking a look at how you do some things and make change because the agents we used for the selling of our joint was the best we could ever recommend. You guys ‘anchor realty’ couldn’t even get over their efficiency and communication.Oh and not very good at answering their phones too!

Not a good experience dealing with Steph. Very difficult to communicate with and doesn't return phone calls with their preferred method of communication being text message. Their preference I suppose, but you would think communicating with buyers and sellers important. Nothing like feeling undervalued as a client but guess this is their normal. There are many better agents in the area in my opinion, ships ahoy!
