Jane Dunn in Rockhampton ray white is our property manager and she has been awesome throughout our lease of one of their properties. very quick to respond to any concerns and after a few headaches with a rent paying website , we got it in the end with her help. Ray white usually gets bad reviews but they have proven themselves and are beyond that! Would recommend Jane Dunn and Ray white Rockhampton for either renting a property from or for your investment. Awesome job Jane!

Rockhampton real estate are nice staff the office is small but still more than happy to help you with anything. Our property manager Jane she is nice. Paying the rent is easy as they set it up and it gets deducted out of your account each week or fortnightly which is convenient. Use the app to see when your rent is due and get receipts in your email and put repairs maintenance on the app for things to be requested to get done.

8 years of renting out last house and Karla Ashcroft was definitely the best property manager we have ever had. Karla is so kind and understanding.
