This is a dodgy business. I purchased 2 business polo shirts and one was wrong size and the other was very poor quality. When I wanted to return they are asking me to send the package at my own expense to china. Intend to report them to Australian consumer protection authority

REEMELODY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! They are NOT located in Australia - as they FALSELY claim. They are in CHINA! I contacted them to check on my order. They messaged back that they were extremely busy and part of my order would be delayed. Once I realized they were operating outside Australia - I instructed them to simply cancel my order and refund my money. Like magic, they were able to locate my order and they had already printed out the shipping label. Tear it up and refund my money, I said. Then they told me I would have to pay a 25% fee for them to cancel my order. Are you kidding After much battling back & forth - I told them I would be returning the items if they did not fit. Sure enough - not one article fit! They did NOT want to discuss a refund. They suggested I could: re-gift them, sell them - but that it would be ‘very bad’ for them to accept returns. NOT MY PROBLEM REEMELODY! Your posts on Facebook GUARANTEE a refund if the customer is not satisfied. Your many ‘exclusive customer managers’ finally agreed that I would return the items and they would issue a refund. I have waited patiently for OVER TWO WEEKS and have heard excuse after excuse - but time is up! I am going to make a formal complaint to the Federal Government about allowing companies like these to do business in Australia - and misrepresenting themselves as an Australian company. Facebook needs to investigate REEMELODY and not allow them to advertise in any countries outside China! We have all been scammed by this company. STAY AWAY FROM REEMELODY!!

I will not rate them, i should have done more research on them before buying, I bought a coat for $59.99. I used the size chart and ordered it in light blue, when received it it was light grey and to small and not the same as the picture. I have asked for a refund and after using the chat with them , they refused to refund my money and offered me 10% on the purchase price. Chatted more they got to 30% , or got told to send it back to china and I pay for the freight. I think they have blocked me out. I know they have been reported. They should shut them down. It’s appalling

I purchased 2 longline cotton/linen shirts recently. When they arrived I was very disappointed, they are nothing like the advertised garment . They are not linen cotton & the style is different to what I ordered . The are definitely a dodgy company & should be avoided!

I wish I had seen the review's before ordering a pair of trousers 7 weeks ago. Don't buy anything from this company there are reports that its likely a scam. There not responding to my emails and cannot be contacted. I'm in the process of reporting them to the ACCC.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HOPELESS & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. Ordered 2 pairs of casual shoes. Eventually received only one pair & am still waiting for the other. I've sent 3 emails to their customer support address & have not had a reply. The phone number they provide is not listed. I have now received several most unsatisfactory emails
but am still no closer to getting my 2nd pair of shoes

Poor quality shoes do not live up to their advertising. Bad fit overall but when I wanted to return for a refund they didn’t want to do it. Eventually they said I could return them to China at my cost so I declined and demanded 50% refund and I keep the shoes to resell. Despite saying they’re based in Queensland they are not, they’re in China.

Company has been reported to ACCC. They import cheap shoes which are un wearable then sell online from their Qld house address - Sending any shoe and size they have in stock to fill order illegally. You dont get what you order ,you cant speak to anyone to return or get refund. Hopefully they will be raided and closed down
