Great store and great workers. I visited on Saturday and it was very busy but the workers were all smiles. Helped by a young lady called Sam who was lovely and walked me through what I needed. Despite how busy it was Sam also introduced me to the Sales Manager Amy who was also very polite and together they took the time to give me a great experience and a great price! Excellent customer service.

False advertising, zero communication, and poor customer service
Ordered a new TV for $2,200, and even received a delivery schedule confirming it was on its way. Then - nothing. No update, no delivery, no communication. I had to chase them up myself, only to be told they didn’t actually have new stock and could only offer a display model that had been sitting in the store, with a $50 discount!

That’s not what I paid for, and it’s not how you treat customers. Aimee, who claimed to be the sales manager, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No apology, no ownership - just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Took a client to have a look and enquire about something. Client had approached a female worker, blonde short hair with glasses and in management and said “sorry can I ask something” this lady didn’t say a word to my client and looked around with a pleading help look. If she could not help a simple sorry please ask someone else

Absolutely terrible experience at JB Hi-Fi with Clay and Claire. I purchased AirPods yesterday afternoon, and they turned out to be faulty. Instead of connecting to my phone, they automatically paired with all the tablet devices at my Pilates studio, which was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable for a brand-new product.

When I went back to the store for assistance, CLAY and CLAIRE were dismissive and unhelpful. They showed no understanding of the issue and made no real effort to resolve it. Instead of offering a replacement or a proper solution, they seemed clueless about how to handle a faulty product.

I expected far better customer service from JB Hi-Fi, especially when dealing with a clear defect within 24 hours of purchase. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend dealing with these staff members if you have any issues with your purchase.

After that I puchase a bose earbuds because yhry couldn't give me any refunds or swap to different proficts.

I got a weezer album from here and it said 69 dollars but it was actually 84 at the counter it was very confusing and I had to spend extra money for something I thoroughly was gonna be that price.

Faulty products !!! If the product is faulty you should be entitled to a replacement. Absolute joke. Especially when product is only two months old and in perfect condition.
