The staff at Digital Noir are awesome to work with. They liaised with our Project Manager for an outline of project and then took it from there, checking with us as the design developed. It was easy to contact them for updates if we wished, but they kept us updated. Each project we have worked on with them has resulted in a quality education resource. We recently undertook a complete redesign of our corporate website (Weber Barbecues Australia) with Digital Noir in order to address a number of issues presented with our long serving digital presence. The old website was not responsive in design, was created with a lot of flattened images with text that couldn't be content scraped by Google, and above all had a bad user experience. Over the course of an eight month project, Sam, Tess and Nick at Noir created an incredible site for us that not only met our expectations, but completely exceeded them.
The collaborative approach undertaken made the process an enjoyable one, with questions, concerns and feedback answered and addressed very quickly. It's obvious that the team are not only extremely good at what they do, but they are also very passionate about the result they give to their clients. You can tell there is a real sense of ownership with the product that they hand over. "Near enough is good enough" doesn't enter their mindset, they are so focused on giving you the absolute best product they can.
I could not recommend Digital Noir any more if I tried. Our new website is incredibly rich in content, has a brilliant user experience on both desktop and mobile and is very easy to add content and information when needed.
These guys are guns, simple as that!

For years we had struggled with utilising various 'experts' in the website/google industry - all seem to have a competing agenda and more focus on achieving 'goals' then what was best for our business.
