My bike broke while riding around. Bathurst dropped it off to the bike shop on a Saturday for repair and service also informed him the bike felt , Tuesday afternoon. Received a phone call saying that something had broke and they’re waiting for the part to arrive which should arrive Friday. Friday lunchtime receive my text bike ready to be picked up. I really appreciate the communication and the service and wow my bike is now running smoother and is not dragging so much so that I bike ride that I did today normally do around 26 minutes was my best time today at 23 minutes, the bike feels so much easier to ride. It’s becoming enjoyable again thank you

Highly recommend the guys at Renshaws for any bike needs! I recently needed help ordering a car rack to transport my bike. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and provided me with a lot of extra knowledge!
They even went out of their way to help show me how to use it.
10/10 recommend! Very very happy 🙂

Fantastic local Bathurst business. From 1st contact by young Will who could not be more helpful, any question he could not answer he found Help.
Ended up buying a Kalkhoff e-bike and it is Fantastic and I got a price on par to all the discounts online!!

My overall experience was great. The staff at this bike shop are all very knowledgeable about the world of bikes and they take the time to explain things clearly. I found the experience of buying the bike hassle free and a pleasure which is what you want buying a new bike. The in shop bike fitting was very accurate and my bike feels very comfortable to ride. Went in with very minimal idea about exactly what I wanted. Greg (Belly) helped me picked something that was just perfect for me to get into MTB but not something that would need upgrading immediately. Had a couple of questions the next day and called up and Paul happily answered any of my questions or concerns. Great range for a country town and all the accessories and a great fit out and mechanical department too. All round awesome! Went for a ride today and my bike did exactly what I'd hoped for and more! ❤️ Very happy customer!
