I would say Stephen is a miracle worker. He has been managing my rental property in Blackheath for the past 8 years, and I didn't miss one night sleep, I always get my money on time, and the property is well kept under his supervision. When I decided to sale my house, he did it in lightning speed. Shame I have to give them one star. They don't deserve that star
If you have a property to rent my advice is to keep well away from this real estate. Look for someone else.
They say when you sign the contract for the house. that they will look after the house.
That they did not. When the first tenant moved out. Century 21 Blackheath signed inspection list saying everything was okay. There was water damage in the bathroom the house was dirty the garden was a mess.
When the second tenant moved in things were being fixed, and the garden was done a week after the tenant moved in.
When I moved back to the house, the garden again was a mess mould in the back room and a hole in laundry Wall. Which all I had to pay for

If you look I did this review over 9 months ago, and you have only just replayed to it. And as far as I'm concerned it is CLOSED
