An innovative and specialised boutique PR agency led by highly reputable and talented individuals in their own right (illustrated by the directors being consecutive finalists & a winner of GC’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year). KK&O go above and beyond for their clients to create tailored marketing campaigns, exciting events, and efficient comms. I’ve attended multiple events led by this agency at various venues and have been impressed and entertained each time…(most recent was the screening for Top Gun at Robina Pavilion with popcorn, drinks, and a top gun inspired menu)!

Our portfolio of hotels include the Robina Pavilion, and it was after we executed a $5m renovation that we decided, for the first time, to outsource our PR, Marketing and Social Media requirements.

It would not be an understatement to say that without the involvement of KK&O Agency, our new hotel would not have won Best Hotel of the Year, in addition to 7 QHA Award nominations - an outstanding achievement. Our venue is now one of the busiest, if not the busiest hotels on the Gold Coast, and KK&O's guidance, support and essentially their partnership in our business was instrumental in achieving these outcomes.

KK&O have now been with our company for 3 years, and we have expanded their scope to include all properties and future venues and events. I would unreservedly recommend KK&O to any hospo operator (with the exception of my competitors!)
