So, I had a bit of a drama with my caravan. The hot water system packed it in, and the door handle was on its last legs. You know how it is - things break down when you're on the road.

I spoke to Christophe and explained what I needed. They were brilliant! They helped me identify the right hot water system and a sturdy replacement. We were in Longreach at the time and the gentlemen there was unable to help but he recommended this place.
They organized everything! I placed the order over the phone, and he said it would take about 10 days. It was so easy!
He installed and tested the hotwater system and door handle in a few hours . Really happy and would definitely recommend this place

Christophe and his team, even though they were under pressure with other work didn’t send me away but did their utmost to enable me to get back on the road and continue my journey, which is what I did, even though what I believed was to be a 15 minute job was far more complicated and turned into a few hours. Had a problem with our Swift HWS.
Swift determined over the phone that it was the element.
Booked ahead and advised what swift had told us.
All fixed in a couple of hours as well as a faulty gas thermostat that was also stuffed.
BTW don't park slightly across the driveway when dropping off your van or going back to pick up your keys.

Wow. This guy is so rude.
Told him we were stranded 1230 on Friday arvo and just needed some parts. Said he would have a look. Called past the next day (Saturday) to see if he was open as they close at midday on Friday and his roller door was open. Gate was locked so I called out to him, he comes out and says what do you want im closed. Told.him we had been in contact with him on Friday, he goes oh well you will just have to come back on Monday after 8am.
Now this place has a voice mail saying if it's an emergency to text first and they will help. We'll use not in this case.
I think he knows he has a captive audience and can pick and choose who he helps.
Probably not.enought mark up on just parts so wasn't going to go out of his way.
Definitely disappointed with him and his lack of customer service.

Very impressed with Christophe & team at Katherine
We had a cruisemaster suspension service carried out with excellent service & puncuality to my Zone.
I also had a van door smashed on the way to Katherine & Christophe went out of his way & even though he was really busy he knocked up a temporary Perspex equivalent which fitted perfectly to keep out the weather etc until I could get a replacement sent on to the next town I was travelling to in Kununurra to get fitted there.
Thanks again Christophe , you kept us moving on the road much appreciated for your great work & service
