I had problems with a new lap top. Microsoft One Drive was trying to take over everything and I couldn't get our emails through. This was affecting our business. Neil was able to not only fix the problem, but explain why it happened. He also set up out website a number of years ago and has continued to maintain it and keep us "up front" on the website pages.
