We've been working with Techmark Digital since 2019. They developed our website so all of our customers can access their own unique pricing and some customers have exclusive products that only they can access too. They can then place wholesale orders that automatically flow through into our ERP system so we don't have to do any data entry. We also work with Techmark on an ongoing basis to continually add new features and improve our customer's experience. More recently we have engaged the team at Techmark to assist us with design and art work on some promotional counter top display units. The attention to detail and concept ideas were very helpful and delivered a product that exceeded our expectations.

We contracted Techmark Digital to develop a very complex quoting and job management system for Winner Products. The system lists all of our 40,000+ products online in a nice format. Customers can use these products to create a quote request and view our products. These requests flow automatically into our MYOB, where they are approved and sent out. Once accepted they automatically flow into our Job Management system where we can track the manufacturing process and then dispatch the completed products. It's saved us countless hours every week and hugely reduced the number of mistakes. Highly recommend.
