Falcon Building Group recently built a Chapel for us at our Funeral Home in Ulverstone. After our first catch up, we walked away feeling that we could trust this company. From start to finish they were very professional, communicated well and their workmanship was excellent. All team members from office staff to tradesman were brilliant to work with. Ben and Mark were outstanding during a very challenging and time-sensitive relocation of our business. We had some unique requirements and shifting circumstances, and they handled everything with flexibility, patience, and creativity.

They worked around other trades, adapted to changes in scope, and still delivered on a tight deadline. Thanks to their efforts, we were up and running smoothly in our new space right on schedule.

The team at Falcon Building are the most professional and easy to work with builders I've ever used. Project Manager Ben is a dream to work with and nothing is ever an issue - Ben is highly solutions-focused, which is refreshing and made the process so easy and simple. Customer service is at the very top of Falcon Building's priorities and I can't recommend the team highly enough. The quality and ease of building process is just outstanding and their trades are all lovely, with a very high quality standard. The build itself from start to finish was a speedy 2.5 months, with Ben running a tight ship - his experience with planning and project management is obvious. Thanks so much to Ben, Jess, David, James and the Falcon team for doing such a great job with The Pavilion, Spring Beach! Very happy customers!
