STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS..

One of the worst companies we’ve ever dealt with.

If it’s not the 3 meetings we had in person and specifically asks for a certain website yet to be sent a list of templates that contradict our wants and needs.

If it’s not dealing with people that have the hardest time understanding English in their overseas web design team..

If it’s not the multiple deadlines they will promise but not meet.

If it’s not the website posted without our consent.

If it’s not the Emails that take way too long to get a response to.

This company and their staff will promise you a great product and supply nothing but lies and incompetence..

Take it from me and the other 1 star reviews.

Stay away.. use a more reputable company..
check their reviews and use them.. Not Linkeo because you’ll be in the same position as we are seeking legal advice and taking it further.

Do yourself a favour.. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE..

Now for linkeo to produce some BS reply to this review.. can’t wait.

Stay away from Linkeo, what ever you do! 4.5 star rating is BS!
As long as nothing goes wrong your fine, but if it does (highly likely) you cannot get in contact, get any service, but they keep billing you on time. I had to get an another company to gain control of my own website just so I could get me emails back up and running, went down for about 6 weeks losing important emails. They havent provided any services for me for months, cost me thousands in lost emails but keep billing me and now threatening debt collection. Cant state enough how disgraceful they have been when we needed them. Much better and cheaper local suppliers, not a French based company with skeleton staff on Australia. Ill bet my money they'll be quick to respond to this.
The sales reps did come to my office months after we had stopped using Linkeo's services, asked why I was unhappy! No one knows what is going on there. Rep's said they would close my account and be done with it, but no, got an email from "Administrative Assistant and Collection Agent" last night demanding payment. Like JTN garage doors, looks like we have to take legal action. Maybe all us unhappy customers need to band together in legal proceedings.............

Also take note of how aggressive their responses are to negative reviews. This is what these people are like when you begin to complain to them.

I've been reminded of them by yet another phone call a few days ago from someone else blatantly sheisted. They're taking them to ACCC. I hope they get what they deserve. If you're an employee of this company, seriously think about who you are working for.

Do yourself a favour and check through the positive reviews to see how legitimate the account is that is leaving the review. A generic person name and 1 single 5 star review only to Linkeo A lot of them are fake and posted by the company employees. Despite in the few years I've known of this company, staff turnover is massive.

I'm so glad this review has saved a few people from signing up, and ive legitimately had about 10 other disgruntled customers of theirs calling me with similar complaints.

Here is my original review:

Three words - avoid, avoid, avoid.

Have been a customer and am now so relieved to be rid of them.

Am finally out of contract with them so I can finally make this post.

Promised a lot, given next to nothing like I was lead to believe. Sadly was spoken to by many tech experts after I’d signed on the dotted line to be told for what I was paying I should’ve been getting significantly more. For what I paid, I’d paid ten-fold more than what these other SEO companies could’ve provided for me.

I was almost going to join in on the class action lawsuit that’s currently underway with them. At this time I’m aware of at least 8 other small businesses that are in on it.

Have been in dispute with them for years, I simply asked if they would just let me off my contract because I was incredibly dissatisfied and there is literally no point in having a customer stuck in your system that is so unhappy with their service. Bottom line was that I’d signed a contract and they just wanted their money.

I don’t usually go out of my way to post negative things about people or companies, but if I can save at least one person from being hustled by these rip off artists, I will feel the effort was worth it.

Happy to speak to any customers considering joining up with them. Feel free to call me or get in touch. Be aware of what you’re signing up to. Don’t be ignorant like I was. This is the company that preys on people that don’t know this sort of stuff. Do more research than just reading their pretty presentation documents, and friendly salespeople.

Since meeting other businesses that provide similar products to them, they all laugh and provide stories of many similar customers specifically naming Linkeo as their problem company and how distrustful of this industry now thanks to Linkeo

As far as I am concerned they are the scum of the earth.

Re: their response says I was in breach after two months. That's because I proved to them that they weren't providing any organic leads to my business, and were just using a bot to "generate" leads to my website... That never lead me to any comments, inquiries or feedback of any kind... In other words, a valueless service!

Pretty passive-aggressive response too, don't you think? The assumption that I am working with another ad agency in order to defame them? Not the case at all.

Since then I have not engaged with any other advertising agency because of how BAD of an experience being stuck in a contract with Linkeo was.

Very dissatisfied, very difficult to get hold of, they don't appear to have personal in Australia, therefore their communications are all later in the day when I'm heading home. They bought in a new customer contact who after promising a better contract after the first one didn't appear to work disappeared. They keep elevating my issues but no contact. No leads to our business at all

DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FIVE STAR REVIEWS!
Right when you start, they offer to give you a five star review on your business, if you give one on theirs! That's how they're doing it, they're a digital marketing company what do you expect!?
The true experience? Having been a customer who is locked into a contract, I pay $900 a month and get ZERO phone calls or anything from the below par website they made.
Do they care? No, they have my money.

In the interest of protecting our identity, I have not used our client account to post this review.
But yes, we are a customer of yours.
I find it interesting how quick you are to protect your own Google account by replying, while you do very little to help your customers Google presence.
You need to work on helping your clients, before acquiring more. That's why I'm warning people not to use your services. Because I wish we never did.

Secondly, I will not remove my review, i hope whoever reads this, sees that you are asking people to remove negative reviews, and perhaps that's why you have quite a lot of negative reviews, but not as many as you should.

Absolutely stay away from this company, since finding another company to manage my marketing and cancelling my contract on numerous occasions via email & on the phone they keep sending me invoices for my website and google ads, problem they haven’t managed a website for me for about 3 years After multiple emails and them saying the accounts team are on to your concerns and more invoices coming through it’s now getting to a point I have to take legal action against them because clearly shows no one that works there has any idea DONT USE bad experience and would never recommend

Extremely unhappy with their services. Don't go with Linkeo, find anyone else! They take forever to reply and communicate with you. When wanting to make changes to the website, it's nearly impossible. Definitely over charge for what they do. And when we wanted to leave they didn't release our domains back to us. It took far too long and many follow ups all while loosing business because our website was down. Absolutely atrocious.

I have been with Linkeo for many years. I was initially happy with the company, but now I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, or should I say lack of service.
They have my money so they don't care.
I re-signed a contract last year and I am still waiting for a new Website. We have called and left messages together with emailing their service team with no response.
DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.
