My experience with this company was overwhelmingly negative.

I encountered numerous delays in communications and initially thought I’d been scammed. One month into the contract, I was met with an apology after expressing concerns with the lack of services delivered. Soon after paying the second invoice it was apparent I had made a mistake and should’ve cut my losses.

For paying in excess of $10,000, I’m very disappointed and even confused about what was delivered. When paying a monthly retainer, delays in communication in excess of a week quickly become very costly.

If you do use this company for services, I encourage you to be very clear with what is expected to be delivered and only agree to payment upon completion of the service rather than paying upfront.

I hope nobody else has to experience this.
