We have now ordered multiple products from Vivid over the last year. Started with a few table covers, pull up banners, media walls and expo stands… every time without exception, they have produced a product that is incredibly good quality. the delivery time is surprisingly quick, one order arrived just 3 days after we ordered it… we very highly recommend Vivid, and will be continuing our business relationship. Great work everyone, from admin to production and shipping.

The team at Vivid were fabulous to deal with and the order was delivered very promptly, and I absolutely love the end result. It was my first time ordering the fabric banners and i wasn't sure how they were going to come out, but they are stunning. The print quality is superb and they look vibrant and engaging. The quality of the equipment is also fabulous - it's sturdy and well put together.

I am really impressed with the quality of the fabric materials – they feel durable and well-made. The posts hold up well too, though I’ll need to test them on a windy day to be sure of their stability in strong winds. One suggestion would be to add a lock feature for securing the post to the bottom plate – that would make it even better. The communication from the company was excellent, and the delivery was very speedy! Overall, great experience so far.

So far, so good! Amazing quality print and the fabric is beautiful and heavy, the zipper heavy duty, the Powder Coated Frame is great (even though it scratches rather easily its a frame, we dont see it anyway).

Thanks Vivid Ads for an amazing and quick turn around for my first ever event and first ever Media Wall.

The only thing I would mention is packing in some Instructions on how to Build. Sure I figured it out, but it did stress me a little not having some or finding any on the website to reference.

I ordered a banner at very short notice on a Monday night online, and was sent a proof the next morning to which I made a change, and had to upload a second file, and another proof appeared quickly which and I approved.

I knew it was very short notice and I had wanted it by Friday for an event and the kind operator that I rang said it takes two business days and I was okay with having it delivered Monday no big deal .

But these guys are absolute champions. I got home Thursday and the thing was sitting ready to pick up at my doorway.

Not only is it absolutely perfect and beautiful, but I can’t believe that I got it two days early !

Highly recommend will definitely use them again

I have used Vivid Ads three times now and have had fantastic service each time. The last project required help from the design team. Faisal designed our tablecloth for the dojo and it was beyond our expectations. We have had so many positive comments about it. The printing is such great quality along with the quality of the cloth itself and finished off with perfect stitching. The table cloth also fits the table perfectly. We have now had many requests for the same tablecloth and we will be ordering another 7. I will be going back to Vivid Ads for future projects for sure.
