I placed a rushed order 2 February and paid for express post as I had a staff member arriving from overseas needing uniform and 10 days later I have no idea when it will arrive and staff wearing plain clothes. The promise of an online tool and fast delivery completely met my needs as a business owner, Ive dealt with so many other printers and hoped this would be a time saving, fast option for smaller quantities and its been a disappointment from start to finish. I carefully uploaded our professionally designed logos to the website which told me my designs were good quality for printing however theres been sooo many back and forths saying they weren't good enough despite the website indicating they were, I was also asked to provide better quality of images of artwork I created using Same Day Printings own online tool. Such a waste of time. The support has good intentions although is completely offshore with little knowledge and put me on hold so many times they were not skilled to even find my order without placing me on hold. Endless frustrations and after the many back and forths, putting me through to the wrong staff members to work out what was going on.....theyve sent my rushed order to the wrong side of Sydney and have no idea when it will arrive. Big sigh and big disappointment 😞 Two stars not one only because theyve refunded me the process has been horrible and soooo time consuming
