Really happy with service. Modem died Monday morning and I spoke to Brendon that Afternoon. He said he would get a new one in the mail that day. Half an hour later he rings to say a tech will be at my house in dalyellup Wednesday morning. Not just any tech arrived it was none other than the owner of the business Tom Omalley.he had me back online within 30 minutes.much appreciated

A bit disappointed, to be honest.
We've been having ongoing issues with our internet—constantly dropping out and running slow over the past few weeks. Fairtel have been out a couple of times but keep telling us everything is fine and "it is what it is." But it's clearly not fine—something has definitely changed recently, and no one seems able to figure it out.

We had fast, trouble-free internet for a long time, but now it's unreliable and frustrating. It's even affecting our business—I've had to send customers away or ask them to wait 10 minutes while the internet decides to work again.
