absolute joke of a real estate agency. nothing professional about professionals lagoon real estate or emma tweed.

i drove from cannington to yanchep at 6pm in the dark and rain to attend the inspection coz we were actually keen on the place. we submitted a complete solid application with all the docs…..visa, payslips, rental history, id, everything. we’ve rented before and have a clean record.

They had less than 5 applications to process for which it took them a whole week and whenever we called them to seek an update, we were being told yeah emma will call you back by end of today, but no one ever did. we were just ignored.

we even told them we had been approved for other properties and needed to give an answer. they didn’t care. just kept stringing us along asking for more documents instead of being upfront.

then today again after getting no answers, i had to call them and emma finally answers and says oh yeah we were just about to call you and offer a 6 month lease. seriously?

Then after waiting a few hours, I called them again to get some sort of written confirmation…again no answer and bam…..get a two-line email saying your application was unsuccessful. no reason, no nothing. just wasted our time completely.

never dealing with these clowns again. if you want basic communication and respect for your time, go somewhere else. this was straight up the most unprofessional experience we’ve ever had.
