Just 4 months ago I finished an 8 month course “AND SHE THRIVES” with Jo. This was after 10 months or so of one of one coaching and therapy after feeling lost within myself and from life circumstances and events. I can now honestly reflect on my growth since finishing with Jo and can now see how far I have come spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically due to Jo’s wisdom and help. It’s amazing how much I learnt about mindset, and I am so excited with life and so much more stable and thriving in all aspects of life. I have done so much healing and learning about myself and changed my thought processes completely!! I am now living a life I didn’t think possible and am filled with gratitude and abundance! I had never seen a life-coach/counciler before seeing Jo. I was in a very unstable mental state and didn't know what to do with myself. Jo made me feel so comfortable in a way that I could literally tell her anything with no judgement at all. A good friend of mine recommended I see Jo when he could see I was going down a path of self-destruction and uncertainty of the direction my life was headed. This was not the first time I had realised that there were things in my life needed to change, but it was the first time I was willing to make those changes. As a man that was used to bearing the weight of pain and pushing stuff down inside me, this was not an easy thing. Now I can proudly say that my sessions with Jo was the best decision I have ever made for myself.
