The manager went above and beyond to help us with an issue we have with our smart tv, and was even willing to take it home to diagnose the problem. have always bought our products at jaycar and always will, you couldn't ask for better service and quality products. If I could give him 10 star 🌟 I would.

Rude staff.
Bad prices.

I called to see if they had a dvd player (yes in 2023), the guy was super responsive on the phone. As I walked into the store literally 5 minutes later he had the box ready on the counter.
The store looked like it had a lot of stock of the normal jaycar stuff and more.
Great experience, great staff.

Always great service and technical assistance. Solved my problem as usual .... Keep up the great work... and as I said on the day if you can buy it here dont need to go to the big retailers and prices are just as good or even better
