If you are looking for an IT guru , Sin is the person to speak with.

Second time used, first time (April) did not know my POS system however after 2 to 3 minutes worked out how it worked and got me up and running within a short time. Second time was 8/10/18 when the hard drive and server crashed. Called Sin and within 10 minutes was logging onto my other computer and made it the server so that we could use the front counter POS. Would recommend his work to anyone. Rates are OK as Well.

Line IT saved my ass. One of my liquor store - the Point of Sale System was not updating at all. It was still processing sales, but I could not update anything. I didnt want to fix it until Christmas Day as Christmas week was very busy and I didnt want to risk it being down. On Christmas Day I would be closed so it will be more easy to fix the system. But on the busiest day of the year, Christmas eve, the system crashed. It was not processing anything. I had to call in 3 extra staff as we had to do everything by hand. I called Line IT up that morning and he was in the store within an hour. It took about 3 hours to fix and everything was back to normal. I highly recommend Line IT to you and let them help you with your IT needs.
