A relief to have Tomoro take over! We were incredibly relieved when Tomoro took over from the previous rental company. One star because I cant give zero. I would strongly caution anyone considering Tomoro Real Estate.

During their management of my investment property, I experienced poor communication, lack of follow-through, and ultimately, a refusal to support me when a QCAT matter arose due to events that occurred entirely under their management. When I changed property managers (because of their communication issues), Tomoro declined to represent me at the tribunal, even though the matter directly related to their period of responsibility. They sent someone to QCAT purely to state they weren't obliged to assist, which I found unprofessional and evasive.

To make matters worse, a follow-up email I received from a staff member included unprofessional and religious commentary that had no place in a business interaction. It was incredibly disappointing and only reinforced the lack of accountability I’d experienced from the beginning.

Landlords and tenants alike deserve respectful, competent management. I can’t recommend Tomoro Real Estate based on my experience.
