Great selection of yarns and haberdashery. Purchased a scarf knitting kit which was very reasonably priced. I wanted different colours than were in the kit originally which was no problem. The (owner?) Lady was kind and obviously knows her stuff. She explained the pattern briefly and gave advice about how to use it in different projects. Great place, absolutely recommend!

By far one of the rudest customer (lack of) service experiences of my life. Making assumptions about my needs, then expecting me to cover postage to send back the incorrect item posted based on said assumption. Was rude and aggressive from the moment I reached out, I hope for future purchaser's sake she doesn't muck up your order. Mind you, the one positive thing I can say, is she is true to her name, she is an absolute Karen 👏
By the way Karen, I have got my hands on what I originally ordered, from a more competent business. Thanks for the laugh!!

Monty the dog is the best mascot you could ask for. Also, the lady running the shop was lovely and knowledgeable. The prices are definitely higher than online, but she has to run a business.

I purchased some yarn here whilst visiting the area, I was given a photocopy of a pattern and purchased some linen yarn paying $32 and was told one ball would be sufficient, it’s not and the yarn is only $10 where I live. Also rude assistant

Fabulous store - great range- and proprietress Janice enthusiastic and knowledgeable - just so helpful when my wife later phoned to get pdf of pattern that needed to emailed as we are on the road - worth driving to Lakes just to visit the shop - Thank you Janice.
