I had a very disappointing experience with Reagan's company. The main issue was the constant delays and lack of communication. Whenever I texted him for an update on the work, he would disappear for days without responding. After I paid him, he claimed to have sent me a file, but despite checking my email multiple times, nothing was there. I had to chase him for several days. I eventually gave him a deadline of 4 PM, and he finally sent the file at around 5 PM. The quality of the work was extremely poor, looking like it was just copied and pasted from an AI with no real effort.

Before starting work with him, I checked Google reviews. Unfortunately, I now believe the positive reviews might be fake. There was one negative review that I am sure reflects the actual service, so don't trust his explanations or excuses about bad reviews.

I requested a refund for two weeks because I decided to stop working with him. He dragged out the refund process for days, and when he finally claimed to have transferred the money, he couldn't provide a payment receipt. I just want others to be aware that this company cannot be trusted. I will be taking further action to address this situation.

I got my refund back after two weeks, I keep texting Reagan everyday, it is so waste of time. Also they commented Reagan is not working with them anymore and they gave me a fake email address. So don’t trust them.

Borderline scam. They failed to deliver any of the services I was charged for. Despite multiple requests, I never received the website theme I paid for. I'm now having to take matters further. Very disappointed. Pity there is not a zero star option.
