The team at M2 on hold are, without exception, the best third party service I have ever engaged with. Their service is friendly, prompt, and they always go above and beyond to deliver the “wow” factor we all look for when approaching new companies for business.

In particular I want to call out Demi, the Creative Account Manager, who always treats me and my colleagues with the utmost respect and attention. Wherever M2 goes, they should take Demi with them.

Great experience with these guys.
Marty actually took the time to research our business and script up the voice overs for me to edit. Having contacted multiple companies previously they were no help.. Just asking for a script to be sent.. Running a small business when you have so much going on Marty took the hassle out of this..
