Forty One Signs are great people, who do great work. I have been dealing with Corey for years, and he's always come though for me and the community organisation I am a part of.

When I met Corey he was a super nice guy! I sent him our business logo to be applied on our shop front but the customer service and communication was very poor. Firstly, part of my logo was forgotten and not installed. It was meant to say “art classes” underneath the logo but he blamed his graphic designer for cropping that part out. This was never corrected. Secondly, the colours were wrong and we had to Re-do the signage twice but that was also a struggle, (he kept asking me to identify the hex codes even though he had the image file and it was still not accurate due to printing issues) . Thirdly the decal hasn’t lasted in the weather and is half hanging off the building, slowly falling down less than a year later. When I contacted them about it they said they would re install it but never replied to my message to organise re-installation. So I haven’t heard back from Corey to resolve this issue and now I’m finding someone else to re-do his work and provide a more durable sign with the help of their graphic designer to include what our business does! I’ve spent so much time on this sign and I honestly would not recommend this hassle to anyone

I had a very disappointing experience with Corey. I ordered a sign for my shop and paid a deposit upfront. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, they never completed the job or got back to me with updates. Communication was poor, and I felt ignored as a customer. This was not what I expected after trusting them with my business. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Great professional service. They came in, on time, under budget. Planned it so well there was no disruption to our business.
