So, picture this: it’s Monday morning, I’m in a full-blown panic because I’ve gone and smashed my Sealife Sport Diver Ultra Phone Cover to bits. I’m set to head off on a diving trip, and without this thing, my phone’s useless underwater. I call up Underwater Australasia in Byron Bay, expecting a “yeah, mate, we’ll get to it eventually” vibe. But NOPE.

I would like to thank Tim and the crew from Underwater Australasia for the great customer service in getting a Sealife Camera Case and Light the week before we went on holidays.

Posted on Monday with Australia Post the notified delivery date was the week after we left. After a chat with Tim he forwarded another unit via StarTrack that arrived the Friday as we left on Saturday.

StarTrack had delay issues and Tim followed up on the Friday to ensure it was delivered that day.

Now sitting in a Villa in Ahmed, Bali setting it up.

These guys are great, never having bought one of these before, or knowing anything about them, I asked all my beginner questions and they recommended some great products. My wife is going to swim with the Manta rays, and now she can use her phone and the Bluetooth handle to get amazing Images. We got the Dome as well because when you watch all the videos on YouTube, you can see the Dome is a completely different experience and look in the video and photos. Really happy with the purchase, the price and the customer service from these guys. The shipping was also nice and fast as well. Give these guys a good look in!
