Ross has been nothing but helpful- He has rented our place for us for 6 years and just recently sold the same property. It never even got listed online and it was sold.

Ross Macalpine is for the home owner not the renter . He has evicted us 2-3 wks after we signed a new lease . Rented a property in Gracemere for 5 yrs off him. Said we had to leave due to black mould, but eviction notice says place not up to standards. Made lies up to get us out. Dan's dynamic solutions will go down with him. Wuld not recommend to rent off one agency gracemere.

Be aware of One Agency Gracemere, I am an interstate investor, Ross sold me the property 6 weeks ago,
and has had it as a rental since settling on the property, every time he had an application for rental it kept falling over, He made excuse after excuse After a family inspected the property unaware to One Agency we noticed someone had been residing and using the property for there own personal use. One agency was the only one with a set of keys. I had the property professionally cleaned, only to find the bathroom filled with soap scum, Don't trust this company, run for the hills Doggie Doggie company
