Sharon, where do we start? From the beginning!
From the first initial phone call, to coming to view our home, you’ve certainly blown us away with your exceptional professionalism, knowledge, kindness and also honesty.
We were not certain if we wanted to sell or rent, Sharon never pushed us nor did she continually call to see what we wanted to do. She waited for us to contact her with our decision ~ to sell.
Sharon was so efficient, from taking photos to having our home listed this was all done within a day, “I’ll have your home live by 6pm” and you did. Even though Sharon was unsure about our pricing strategy, she stayed positive and was determined to try and make our expectations come true. Within 6 days we had numerous people through our home, communicating with Sharon was made so easy, she worked around both our working schedules.
We had a contract signed and in 25days we were moving out after a super quick settlement. We honestly can not fault Sharon, her attention to detail was outstanding responding promptly to all communications. We appreciated her commitment and willingness to get everything over the line for us, plus not to mention keeping us calm and ALWAYS staying positive no matter what her next phone call was going to say.
