The worst ISP experience I have ever had. Have not had wifi for 10 days. Have been on the phone repeatedly with SingleDigits customer service with no resolution to the issue. We have received emails multiple times now stating that the issue has been resolved even though it has clearly been not. The fact that we are paying a full month for non existent internet is ridiculous. Will be switching to a more reliable ISP - cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

This is by far the worst company with the worst support ever. The level of unprofessionalism is off the charts. If they ever refer you to their “senior engineer” just know your issue is never getting fixed. Their whole “tech support” is smoke in mirrors. Had a technician scheduled to come out today and he never showed. Called support again and they told me that even though I had an email that scheduled the technician coming to my apartment, there was still further issues that their “senior engineer” had to fix. This company is worse than the grime my boots picks up after a long day of working on the cattle farm.

Absolutely the worst, wish I could give 0 stars. We use the ethernet cable for our computer and gaming system. We had a storm here in FL which messed up the internet. I called the next day and a tech was scheduled to come out between 1pm-6pm the following week. It was already 5:45 and no one showed up so I called to make sure someone was still coming out and the rep over the phone “confirmed” that the tech was just held up at another location but was still coming out as scheduled. It’s already 7pm and no one ever showed up. I called the next day and they told me the tech cancelled my appointment due to an emergency. I had to wait another week for another tech to come out and when they did they could not fix the problem (needed a new box bc the storm blew out the current box) so the tech put in a temporary box which kept dropping the internet. Finally i get a notification a week later that a rep was coming at 10am on Wednesday and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. I called to find out why they didn’t show up and rep told me they cancelled on me (AGAIN) I am still unable to get an update on when someone is coming out to put in the new box and no one can give me an answer. I am still waiting til this day for the internet to be fixed. Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot get out of using this company because it is part of my lease with my apartment complex.

Worst “company” of all time. Their owners, and anyone working for them, should lose sleep at night knowing they profit from this garbage. My internet goes out at best tri-monthly, when there are 0 weather issues in my area. I pay for their most expensive internet package, obviously because I’m forced to where I live, and rarely ever reach anything close to 30mbs download speed. If you are not exclusively bound by contract, NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! 0/5 stars

Worst internet possible on off campus student housing. Internet almost always out. And when it works it slow very slow and there are times when part of complex has slow internet the other area don’t have any internet at all. Thank god the complex ended its contract with them.

How does this company still have contracts for off campus apartments with so many issues with WiFi service, signal dropping all day.. They are the worse, not even sure if their customer service is in the U.S.yes, we have contacted company several times and two months into semester and issue has not be resolved. It’s worse than last year.

We had AccessMedia3 for several years, and they were great in comparison until they or their contract with our apartment complex was purchased by Single Digits.

Customer service became a waiting game; if you could stand to sit on the phone for 1-2 hours just to talk to someone, you were highly likely to talk to someone that wasn't qualified to do anything other than telling you to turn the router on and off again. Then you would get escalated to a service tech that could remotely turn the modem off and on again. If either of those didn't solve your problem, God help you.

If you have any billing issues related to your account, do not expect to talk to someone on the phone about it. If you do call the service line, they will tell you that they can't do anything related to billing and will refer you to their email. THEY ONLY HANDLE BILLING INFORMATION AND HELP OVER EMAIL! If you do email, do not expect to get any help within 10 days if ever.

Now here comes the part that actually prompted this review. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I received notice from my APARTMENT complex about halfway through April that Single Digits would be stopping service. The email starts with

"You recently received a notification that Single Digits will no longer provide internet as of May 1, 2024, and ..."

I did not receive a notification from Single Digits. No email. No phone call. No text message. I thought maybe they haven't notified everyone yet, but the next email I received was again from the complex on April 30, 2024. Service ended May 1st, early in the morning.

Later, I received a billing statement from them like every month, but it said that $0.00 was due for May. Thinking nothing of it, I continued on and received another billing statement at the start of June saying that I owed them the amount that I used to pay for service. Weird. I logged into my account, which is still linked to an old AM3 site, and it says 0 is due for June.

This prompted me to look at my past charges on my debit card and I found they have charged me for May! Naturally, I try to remove my card from my account which it won't let me do without replacing it with a new card. I try to remove auto-pay from my account, there isn't an option anywhere to do that. I immediately email the billing department twice, once about the charge and once about the auto-pay. That was on June 3 and I'm still waiting to hear anything from them, because you can only talk about billing over email remember?

I sit here fed up, having talked to the bank, cancelled my debit car, waiting how ever many days for a new debit card and reporting the last billing charge as fraud because that's what it is.

Avoid this gross, slime-ridden company like the plague! And good luck to you poor souls who still have no choice but to let them have your business.

very inefficient. any service provider that requires you to jump through hoops just to get an ethernet setup to work is automatically unreliable. like i’ve called these guys at least 3 times and they just can’t understand anything i say or anything about internet. and it’s always the same guy that answers the phone like this dude has no bosses and is not able to answer any of my questions. i’ve truly never seen a company that understands this little about the service they provide. their wireless connection is already trash and getting an ethernet cable registered to their network is like pulling teeth. been having some internet issues with these guys for over a month and they’ve failed to help me at pretty much every turn. i’d give this place a half star if possible.
