I had such a great experience! The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve come across in Mackay—friendly, helpful, and really genuine. On top of that, their knowledge is next level. Matt and Leon…. What a great team. As a person with mobility issues, they went above and beyond to assist in getting the internet up and running at my home. Over the years they have been my go to for anything Apple. Their knowledge of product, attention to detail and professionalism is very refreshing. Add to that they are a local Mackay business….. please support these guys and local business…. It helps everyone.

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Matilda Internet! From the very beginning, the experience was amazing. I needed help with some issues regarding my iPhone, and the service was magnificent and fast, which really impressed me. The store is in a great location, making it easy for me to get there.

The attendants are very helpful and kind, always willing to assist and answer all my questions with patience and friendliness. The service was carried out quickly and effectively, and I could see the dedication of the whole team in providing the best service.

I highly recommend it! Without a doubt, an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations.

Incredible to deal with. From my initial call to them, their advice was absolutely spot on and my IMac was fixed efficiently and extremely affordable. I tried a couple of places prior to them that were more local to me, but the guys here were just so much more knowledgeable & I’m relieved to have found them! Keep up the great work & thanks again.

After buying Macbook Pro from Amazon Renew, the charger was not working for me, I went to Office work, BigW, JBHiFi with no help with the charger or cable, but Matilda solved my problem.
The customer service was excellent - friendly, helpful, and genuine. I highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING! Leon and the guys at Matilda saved me a considerable amount of money. My phone decided to pack it in and they were able to get it working again quickly. It really made my day a little easier and saved me from having to buy a new phone and reinstall everything. I have been going to Matilda now for around 5 years and each time they have provided me with awesome service. Quite simply the best Apple resellers I have come across.
