The lady absolutely hacked the dress and completely ruined it when it’s a $700 dress and than refused to fix it and said it was because of best friends weight. And than told her that she needs to lay off food for a few weeks. The zipper can hardly been done up. And the slit has been ruined and now it has to be pinned in places for it to sit right. And than when she got asked to fix it she refused to.

I haven't received such bad customer service in along time, I love supporting local as a business owner ourselves but the tone of voice over the phone and comments made put me off. So I asked my husband to go in and he mentioned the customer service was the same in store unfortunately. We returned again this week after a few this originally ordeal November last year, and again the customer service wasn't there. Please use this as a learning curve so it doesn't chase customers further

Good thing - I love the macaws 🙂 Other things - the store is not kept well, not well-lit, no price tags. I stopped at the section with kiddo's development books to get something for my child, - not a single price tag... Also needed some labels - no price tags...

It is a damn shame that you cannot give the company 0 stars. For the past 10 months we have been waiting on an order of some Electrical Trade books for my brothers Tafe. Each time we call to see where the books are we are told they will be here in 10 days or they are still publishing them etc. This is unacceptable to be the only business in Mackay that supplies the books yet almost 12 months later I have been told today that they will get back to me however, I have not once received a call with updates nor do they return your calls. 100% not impressed with their service!
