Spam. Even after I've blocked them they're still calling, I'm still getting messages. Please report the number/company to NETSAFE if you're also being spammed by them and don't want to email a spam company with your personal information. They're the only authority that can do something. A google review won't do much.
Edit in response to reply: I will not be giving harassers/scammers more of my personal information. So no.
Netsafe, everyone. Or your relevant spam/scam report place for your country. These people shouldn't be in "business" especially with the amount of complaints. Nothing will get done unless it's reported.
Don't believe the charity nonsense, if they were legit they would be doing things differently. They're spam/scammers. Report report report.

Not an ideal way to contact people - BUT when you Google Clever Contacts there is a landline you can call, to be taken off the list. Google doesn't let it ring through on my phone, it comes up as a missed call, flagged as spam. It was easy enough to get their number off Google; and call them. Super helpful lady took me off the list. Please remember these guys are just doing their job, and they're human too please be kind.

still getting harassed by this telemarketing company, even though I am on the do not call register. Whilst it is legal for charities to call, it is not legal for telemarketers to call if the number is on do not call register. Regardless of if they are exempt from do not call register, I would argue that they are not. The charity is but they are a business and they are the ones that are contacting on behalf of the charity. When I have repeatedly asked for you, not contact me and you still continue to do so, That violates section 474.17 of the criminal code because you are using a courage service to harass. This is my last time, I will tell them. Next time I will follow up with legal action.

Can’t leave zero stars. Harassing, scam calls. Incessant, no voice messages left. You call back and it’s an unattended vague “company” explanation- same as the web site. It’s a telemarketing call centre. Scams.
Ps: STOP CALLING MY NUMBER. No i will not “send you my phone number for you to take it off your call list” just so i get spammed even further.
Respectfully requesting to cease the spam calls. Thanks 🙂

This company is the worst. They keep calling me non stop and picked up by accident yesterday since i was getting out of the car.
I told him its not the right time since i have my son and need to carry all the bags.
He just kept talking non stop about charity and forced me to sign up in the spot.
Not professional at all. Any charity should not be using them because it left a bad taste for that charity for me.

SCAM, donate elsewhere this isn’t a “CHARITY” !!!! Don’t give your money to these people they will harass and beg for money and won’t take no for an answer they kept hounding me and then even after that kept ringing my phone when I blocked the number!! The callers are so rude aswell - find a good reputable charity folks this place is a scam

I recently received a call from a woman claiming to work with RMHC South East QLD (RMHC-SEQ), which caught my attention as I’ve volunteered with the organisation before. The caller was persistent and requested personal information over the phone, including payment details for donations.

Something didn’t feel right, so I did a little investigating. The phone number provided by her during the call was linked to RBWH, not RMHC-SEQ, which raised concerns. I called the number back, and it said Clever Contacts. Something smelled fishy. I called RMHC directly to verify, and the receptionist (and his colleague) confirmed they had never heard of the company mentioned. He also conducted his brief check and advised me to ignore the call entirely.

While RMHC is a wonderful charity that displays secure donation links on their website, this experience served as an unfortunate reminder to always verify first.

It’s disheartening to know that some people take advantage of others' compassion for sick children and vulnerable families. Please be cautious; always donate directly through official channels.

If I could give this place minus stars I would, horrible horrible staff not one bit of compassion, after explaining that Ive recently lost my job due to unfortunate circumstances and simply cannot afford to donate and that I was sorry; they didn’t ask me ONCE but TWICE after would I not be able to donate Absolutely horrible staff the managers need to do a better job with picking their staff !!!!!!
