Incredibly Amazing Experience from start to finish!! Candice Henaway was truly exceptional.
Being heavily pregnant through this process meant that I had a lot of questions (some which I asked a number of times) however Candice was ALWAYS available and her responsiveness was incredible. Candice was very knowledgeable about the market and was straightforward in presenting the info and talked about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward.

Really happy with Kailah as a property manager of my investment property so far. She had the difficult task of taking over the management during a tricky period of moving on from an underperforming property manager (who won't be named out of respect to the agency) in the midst of the old tenants vacating and was able to successfully arrange for the old tenants to re-attend the property and amend any damages left whilst finding a new tenant in the process in just one week of gaining the new management. Kailah has been very professional with constant updates and communication. Although I may seem like a difficult landlord at times, I just want to be sure that my property is being well looked after and Kailah has constantly reassured me of that. I'm quite impressed with her professionalism and efficiency and it gives me relief to know that there are still great property managers out there as they are few and far between in this day and age from my experiences but Kailah's experience and 10+ years as an experienced property manager definitely shows.
