It's disappointing when 90% of the time the ladies behind the counter are rude. Severely lacking decent customer service especially the two older ladies.
Its such a shame when you start avoiding the local news agent because of the negative vibes and plain disrespect. They won't even say hello, and when I say goodbye they just stare at me and don't respond. Very rude.

For the last five years I've been going to the newsagent I have had the same experience.

Management needs to be aware of this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced the poor quality of service and rudeness of these ladies.

Nowhere in the store can I see a 'No Refunds Policy" displayed, nor on the company website. I was told very bluntly on the Monday that the unopened item I purchased on the perivous Saturday was non -refundable. Really, poor form.
