MY FRIEND HARRY GOT HIS COMPUTER FIXED, BUT THE SCREEN IS NOT ALL THE WAY IN AND HIS WORD FORMATTING IS DIFFERENT AND HIS ICON ISNT LOADING IN ON THE SIGN IN SCREEN AND THE 'NEW' SCREEN IS CRACKED AND HE JUST GOT IT BACK

Had a problem that Telstra Platinum couldn't fix. MBC FIXED IT IN moments. Identified how incredibly slow computer was (5 meg download speed) and fitted new drive and modem and thoroughly tested all ancillary devices. Very slick and professional service.

If there were six stars I would give that rating! When my laptop stopped working completely (with no hope of recovery!) I logged into OneDrive only to find that none of my files had uploaded since August last year. I was rather devastated! I took my laptop into Mount Barker Computer (first speaking with Jay on the phone who was very helpful) and then with Andy in store. They were able to retrieve all of my data for a very reasonable price and in a very short time frame (only a day or two and there was a lot to retrieve!). This meant the world to me as I lost my precious dog in March and all of the photos from August to then would have been lost. So - thank you so so much - and hope you enjoyed the bikkies!
