Indian based company Fitser, with a presence in Australia (or so they claim) under the name Digital Fitser.
I, like others, have had repetitive cold calls from this company in regards to multiple domain names which I own or manage.
Their callers are always rude, and can never answer questions when asked. They point you to websites developed by their company (and they reference both fitser.com and digitalfitser.com.au when doing so) which are outdated, or full of mistakes and errors. The only 'good' thing I can find about this company is that they quoted me no more than A$15 for website design and development (again, showing that the development, etc is done in India, rather than Australia, as they also claimed).
I have repeatedly asked for them not to call me again - usually when doing this, I am met with a rude response from their caller, and almost always I am hung up on. Calling back on the Melbourne based (03) numbers that they call from, the calls never connect - a key sign that they are a scam agency, spoofing phone numbers.
I called the number listed for Digital Fitser on Google, and eventually it was answered by 'James' who took my latest complaint, explaining to me that he was 'the manager here' and he personally guaranteed that I would not hear from his company again, and that the latest caller for whom I was filing a complaint about would be 'spoken to'.
I will update this review in a couple of weeks when I next hear from them...

Update 2022-02-28 It's been a few months, but I still get called almost daily from this company, despite the comment posted as a reply to my initial review: "Hi Warren, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience you had to go through. We will investigate the matter seriously and please rest assured that nothing of this sort will happen again."
This just further shows how untrustworthy this company is.

I have received 7 cold calls in the last couple of weeks so far from this company regarding my domains -- some I don't even own anymore so they clearly don't even bother to check the website. Every time I tell them to not call me again, have even spoken with the alleged manager who said I would not be called and yet I am called again 1-2 days later. This is an absolutely disgusting marketing tactic and I don't think anyone should engage in business with a company that harrasses strangers repeatedly and doesn't seem to know how to take you off their call list even after you tell them you're not interested.

I did my website for my transport business and they delivered a premium service at reasonable cost. The support provided was A1 with 24 X 7 support. Harry went out of his way to assist and resolve an issue outside business hours. I have actually utilised their service again for advertising.
Highly recommended.

TL:DR: The call ended when I was told "You're clearly not educated"

I was cold called by this mob today, who confirmed that they got my number off the WHOIS registry. I was actually impressed by their website and was half considering giving them a chance given that they have an Australian presence & ABN. I referred them to their poor Google Maps reviews to which they claim that their many clients have nothing but good things to say about them. I asked them to have a couple of their clients post a review here stating as much, but was told to look at the reviews on their site. I declined and then the claim was made that I'm clearly not educated. Uh huh.

Same old story: cold called by someone who'd not done even a cursory amount of research into the domains I own (2 of the 3 they mentioned weren't even mine).

Ignore the replies, this company is not on the level they are an Indian company from Kolkata pretending to be in Australia. The address they have used is for a panel beaters in Melbourne

This company is cold calling people from whois records.

"Brad Watson" claimed to be from Melbourne but did not know that Clayton south which is listed as the address is not in the CBD and that 02 is a NSW phone prefix.

This company sounds like it might be being used in a scam. .

I've had multiple cold calls this week from people from Digital Fitser after having renewed domains last week.. They don't even bother visiting the domains before they call, or even LOOK at the domain name. No I don't want a website for digitalbuttpiratestestdomain.com. seriously.

This is most definitely a fraudulent operation. They have payed a taxi repair company to put a sticker on their window so that they can cold call you and say that they are in Australia.

Avoid at all costs, when I called the lady out over the phone she told me to get f**ed and hung up on me.
