The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Placed order on 8 June and still waiting for a response on a delivery after sending 4 emails.
No point in phoning company as no answer from a human.
not holding up for my order ever being delivered.
Have ordered many items from TEMU and delivery is always 5/7 days direct from China.
Would never recommend ordering from The Personalised Gift Shop unless you wish to play Russian Roulette.
One star is one too many to give this company.

Couldn't have been happier with the service or the product. There was a small problem with my order (small crack in glass from the engraving), which was easily sorted, all with a smile and a prompt replacement. Will be shopping here again.

I ordered a birth certificate holder from the Personalised Gift Shop. I have had few questions and sent couple of emails and received each reply the next day after sending the email. The order arrived much sooner than expected and it was beautiful packaged. I hope it would be a wonderful gift as intended.

I would not recommend ordering from these people. After placing my order, I realized that I had been overcharged. I emailed them twice about this asking for an explanation and a refund of the excess amount. They didn't reply.

My order was for two engraved whisky glasses as a gift for a friend. When they arrived, I found that the quality of the glasses was poor. Certainly nothing close to the standard that I had expected for the price. The only good thing is that they came in a nice gift box.

Easy online ordering system. I did ask for a change in contact details which were told it would be updated however it wasn’t updated. No biggy but would’ve been great to have to corrected information for the order. Product was received in great order and contact was impressed. The sticker was visible on the glass but faded when the glass was filled up. Not sure if it is supposed to be like this but customer was happy
