Had my laptop fixed here. Very friendly staff and communication between Justin was great.

If you're not particularly tech savvy, I would 100% trust these guys for any IT issues. Experience was great and stress-free.

We called in this morning, with an issue with our grandson’s computer.
We were greeted warmly with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
The problem was detected and a solution offered. At No Charge, what a pleasant surprise. More companies should take a leaf out of their book.

Took my old-ish laptop into Bay IT completely expecting to be told it would be cheaper to upgrade to a new one...wrong!
The guys were super helpful, knew their stuff and breathed new life back into my laptop and it's still going strong. They don't charge like wounded bulls either and the repairs are done in really reasonable time frame too.
Highly recommended.

I had an old PC I hadn’t used for over 5 years and was unable to turn it on and was thinking it was a lost cause. BayIT in Drysdale was able to identify and fix the problem within 10 minutes. Very happy with the service and will be recommending them to friends!!!

Came in for a desperate universal lead for my lap top. Was very specific about needing a 'type C'. Was assured that it was the right one.
It wasn't. So unable to use laptop.
When it was returned. I was made to feel like the error was MY fault.
I had intended to purchase another lead from them, but due to bad customer service, I will wait until I get to Geelong.
