Having had ongoing electrical issue with my home, I have used Dobson's a number of times in an attempt to get problems sorted out. Unfortunately, my recent experience where I questioned the quality of their work over a number of problems has solidified my decision to use another firm as they are more concerned with blame shifting and making a dollar rather than providing a professionally run business with integrity.

Heads up other local businesses - when their work was questioned regarding the supply and install of a new light fitting that wasn't working correctly, they immediately blamed the locally sourced supplier - turns out it was an electrical fault, but it gives you an idea of their sense of accountability.

Unfortunately, when this particular topic was raised with their accounts manager, it was completely dismissed, so it is nice to at least see consistency there in that regards.

Just adding in that I have purchased from the supplier their office named and they have always been great to deal with as a customer.

The other contentious issue is that apparently it is the customer's fault if the job order is not communicated or carried out correctly (on their administrative end) resulting in additional expenses.
Great way to generate money from a job that was meant to be at no cost.

Am still debating as to whether I will pay this account or let them take me to the debt collectors (as they have already threatened) even though in the past I have never questioned or been late in paying invoices with them.

In the mean time, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

*Edited to include additional information via photo's as your attitude has become even worse and you chose to try and belittle someone who refused to tolerate your behaviour. Last time I checked it was a house, not a Tesla....
I had questions, your email said I could ask them, you asked for a review, I gave you one. When requesting a review, you do not get to decide the content and to respond how you did shows a level of immaturity that I am surprised at considering you are one of the Directors of the Company.
No need to clear my invoice, I have until the 15th to decide whether I pay it or not.

Our new oven is in! Installed by Dobsons in a process that was seamless from our first contact to two courteous, careful and efficient sparkies walking out the door, job done. Including briefing us on first steps in using our new double oven. In our list for future needs, and very happy to highly recommend.
