I used this company to prepare and install signage and complied with their terms and conditions of paying up-front. I did this in good faith only to end up with signage of poor quality and shoddy workmanship, something that was admitted in writing by Consolidated along with a promise to fix it. Despite this, they did nothing but tell lies and refuse to correct their work. They then ignored my correspondence with an apparent expectation that I would just go away.

Their lack of professional standards is one thing, but to then treat clients with total contempt indicates they are also ethically bankrupt. If you are considering using this company, my advice is to ensure you don't pay in full until the work is completed, because when you do and they botch the job, they won't fix it and you will never see them again.
