Very hit and miss. Short dated inks, splitting lengths without confirmation and won’t mention the stuff up on my new printer. Only saving grace is the 2 girls in the office who are really nice

I enquired about finishing equipment with CWT Worktools in the USA and was directed to Graphic Art Mart because they are their Australian distributor and have be messed around for over 6 months by their manager in W.A Michael L. I sent samples and I am still waiting for them to be cut out and returned. They don’t know how to use the machine and have now stopped replying to emails. I would not recommend using this company if you are looking for customer support and service.
