Wonderful customer service today by a young male and a female employee, assisting me with picking up my Click & Collect order that was causing issues. Despite the line of grumpy customers, both were very calm, polite and professional.

I went there to look for a pair of shorts today, found a nice one on clearance only $9 and a cute black skirt for the same price. When I paid for them turned out the skirt was $15 so I went back to ask what happened the girl at the counter said “oh someone put the wrong price tag on it” so I asked for return. The girl asked me ID even though I have just purchased them with receipt, I gave it to her with confusion as never ever any shop asked for ID for returning goods which also are not my fault the price was wrong!

Now I don’t know if they did it regarding to policy or just took my information unnecessarily and how long will they keep my information for! Bad experience unnecessarily!!

Was ok & had everything we needed. Very clean & tidy. Had to buy prezzies for my grandson & this was the best place in town to buy what was needed. Not as big as a city Kmart but that’s to be expected. Staff were really friendly too thank you.

Yes expect the limited range but I’m sure you can get some stuff transferred from other stores. You can get quite a big mosaic tub for $5, yet if you looked the Cheap A$ $2 shop, it would be dearer there for a similar size and that’s why I bought the tub from here.

I personally wouldn’t get Kmart clothing but the homeware stuff there is quite good. I do miss Target Country too. I’m also disappointed that K Hub doesn’t sell books yet Target Country sold some books (at least in a different store).

The matchbox cars were priced at $1 which was really good.

Great location and cleanliness as it is near Woolworths and is a modern store.

Arrived 15 minutes before closing, knowing what I wanted. Was told upon entering that I had 9 minutes before closing. Then told 7 minutes. I appreciate that staff want to go home on time, but trading finishes at 6pm, and your watch is running 6 minutes fast.
