Ordered some stuff online, paid the invoice in full as per the advertised prices. Was contacted and told that some of the items I purchased were at the incorrect price and I needed to pay extra. I said no, I paid the exact prices as advertised. They updated the website with the new prices, then informed me the items I ordered were no longer in stock with no ETA... Even though their website allows you to purchase these items, at the new higher price ( double price ). Seems like some sort of scam to me ..... Stay away....

Placed an order only to have them advise some items were not available including items I did not order and they would refund. They then refunded the whole order and when I questioned why, they told me to reorder the 14 items again. After some unsatisfactory emails, I have come to the conclusion that this business has no customer service and will shop elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Originally I gave them a poor rating due to a delivery issue. This has been resolved. Besides that issue, their quality and dispute resolution are top notch so they truly are a 5-star company. I will purchase from them again.

Alice at Ausia Agencies is polite and efficient with her communication and service. A supplier sent us an incorrect colour and Alice rectified straight away, and was really helpful. The products were as described otherwise and great quality; as well known brands are supplied. Recommend highly for business, work or sporting clubs.
