Unresponsive to my calls and emails. They took $50K from me and 4 years later I am yet to get a website from them. I want my money back!! Is anyone else ready to take a class action against these fraudulent thieves? Any good lawyers out there ready to help with this case?

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! 1 star only because you can't put ZERO! They will promise the world and never deliver. They are unethical and have no professionalism at all. They charge like a wounded bull and and do not deliver on their work. They use words like INTEGRITY but do not have an ounce of it. They promised me a return on investment and could not deliver at all.
They are impossible to deal with and create second rate pages "...the page is not up to scratch..." "These pictures [Chosen and used by their design team] are poor quality and look sh**" "...the page is not ranking as well as it should be..." These are the words used in our last meeting by Nick Russell - Managing director of Woocom. A response to a page his team created for my business in a meeting i demanded, after 10 months into a 12 month contract, when i questioned why we are not seeing any work generated from the page. Their way to fix it - pay more money. Even tho about $12K already invested, for no return, and today they shut the web page down without even a call to say they would be doing so. Dogs.
Don't waste your time or money with this company.

They can't still be operating can they?
This company is shameful! In the 12 months I was under contract and paying a monthly fee of $600+ for SEO (a huge amount for my 2 person run business), my website actually fell in rankings! They did absolutely nothing!! Then I was advised by an ex-employee that they'd claimed bankruptcy - I wasn't even advised by Woocom themselves!
Their communication during the whole 12 month period involved 1 initial conversation and that was them selling me. I never heard a word since that time, no follow up, no curtesy call, nothing. When I did email them, it took up to a week for them to reply.
Bottom line, don't waste your money or your business reputation trusting these guys, just don't.

Completely unaccountable and inefficient. After almost 3 years of false promises and taking $60,000 of my money, they are claiming bankruptcy so are not delivering the website I've paid for. Also, they refuse to return my calls or meet with me to discuss the issue. I'm not sure how this is even legal?

Being in the IT industry for over 10 years, I was always skeptical of SEO and Web Design companies as I knew how they work. However 18 mths ago I committed to Woocom for a new Website and SEO, we have gained leads and clients have commented on how quickly they can access our remote support program from our website. - Its true what you say where you pay for what you get, we have recovered our money spent twice over, and I am always happy to recommend them to my clients.

Like the some of the other blogs I have read, we too were caught up with the woes facing Woocom.
Having paid the deposit on our website we were concerned that it would be lost when the company went into Voluntary Administration. However we were assured the company could still trade so we persevered and our agreement has been honoured. Today we have a healthy excellent web address about to come on stream.
