DO NOT ORDER!!!!
We made an order through Coolaz back in January for our wedding favours. Design and invoice was confirmed and the delivery should have been made no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding allowing the company plenty of time to complete the order. I did not receive any correspondence leading up to the delivery date. The delivery date had passed when I emailed to ask where the order was. Did not receive any response for days. When I received a response (1week out from the wedding), they simply said that they can’t do the order and demanded that I received a refund. I responded to this email asking for a phone number to discuss possible solutions as wedding guest live near the manufacture venue and could pick up if order could be done this week. Now 5 days out from the wedding I receive a reply restating that the order is cancelled.

Pathetic customer service!! Poor Management! Lack of communication!!

After placing my order, I had a mini freakout upon finding these negative reviews.
HOWEVER, I have had a much more positive experience.
I found Coolaz to have excellent communication. They were very responsive to my emails, and reassured me my order would be there on time. Today I received them as per request date, and feel like they are great quality.

Do not recommend this company!
we ordered 80 coolers for our wedding and they cancelled 10 days out from our wedding day and I probably wouldn't of even heard from them if I hadn't sent them a follow up email asking when our coolers would arrive as it was already past the delivery date. Thankfully found a wonderful company that took on our order last minute and will have them ready within 3 days.

Ordered some custom coolers for an upcoming birthday event and these guys were superb from start to finish. My design was returned to me same day, then approved, and payment sorted within 48 hours. Only 1 week from start to finish for the whole process. They kept me up to date with the status of my order and were super friendly and easy to deal with, excellent customer service. Ordered some stubbie coolers for my wedding. Ordered them early and also to have them arrive 2 weeks early to allow for any delays. When they didn’t arrive, contacted them and got a vague answer that there was a slight delay but they were on their way. Back and forth with them all the way up to the day before the wedding when they finally arrived. Really poor communication once there was a delay. Sometimes things are out of your control but if you won’t communicate properly to people about a situation then you create another problem. Product was good but communication was terrible.

For the love of God, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I can save just one person the heartache and stress of dealing with these people I’ll feel a lot better. I have never written a negative review in my life so this is tough for me.

We ordered with Coolaz based on a personal recommendation so ultimately didn’t research any reviews because we didn’t feel it necessary. I was so wrong! They responded promptly until our money was paid and all communication ceased from there on. When we heard absolutely nothing for weeks after our payment was made for 170 wedding coolers I started calling and emailing hoping to get dispatch information. Or even a current ETA on when we could expect them. For reference our Coolers started the design process at the end of August and confirmed and paid for September 4th. I started chasing this order in early October. After multiple phone calls and emails for weeks we still have not received any type of response from Coolaz they simply do not answer the phone, return calls or reply to emails.

Our wedding is now 11 days away. Once I emailed and demanded a full refund I had a phone call within around 2 hours from a third party in Melbourne who told me they are helping out and making coolers for Coolaz and they had only sent my order through to her to be made on OCTOBER 7th!!! She confirmed they have NOT been made but would try to get them produced this week. With an extra freight charge of approx $170 because they’re in Melbourne and Coolaz are a QLD company so the freight I was already charged was inadequate apparently. I thanked her for her call and trying to be helpful but unfortunately I had already asked for a refund that day after multiple attempts to contact Coolaz, and that there is absolutely no way that they could possibly make this order and send them to rural Nth QLD in time for our event now. She 100% agreed and said she would tell the owners of Coolaz to cancel and refund the order. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE THING FROM COOLAZ even since this interaction.

The third party told me the owners have cancer and she’s just trying to help them out. I sympathise very much with this, we have been tragically impacted by cancer in recent years also however if this is genuinely the case STOP TAKING PEOPLES ORDERS AND MONEY! Close your website until you’re back on your feet. Weddings are expensive and stressful enough without being ghosted by vendors that you have paid a significant amount of money to.

We had no choice but to place a rush order with another company to guarantee arrival for our date. This company has been absolutely outstanding! They made our coolers and delivered them in less than a week!

I have emailed Coolaz again this morning stating if we have not received our refund within 48 hours we will be taking this further.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and unacceptable.

I ordered my stubby holders for my wedding back in November and now i am 4days out from my wedding and still no stubby holders. Emails and phone calls have been ignored and our order still says its being processed despite saying we needed them a week early. Very disappointed. Brides do not need this stress the week of the wedding, especially when ordering so far in advance. I will be following up for a refund

I’ve used Coolaz previously on 3 occasions and have had no issues. Great service, great product & easy staff to deal with.
This time I submitted an order 6 weeks ago with some artwork ideas. I contacted Coolaz by email 3 times over the period, and had no artwork sent to me. I was told they are short staffed. Today I received an email saying they are no longer able to complete my order. I appreciate that hiring staff in today’s market is challenging, however if I had’ve been told from the outset that my order could not be done within the timeframe, I could’ve taken my order to a competitor. Disappointing, as now we are left with stubby coolers for our event.
