I first used DMI to set up my initial website for a business I bought and they did great. My own limitations and burdget held them back from doing all they could, and then I got lured away by another company at a conference. So I switched away from DMI. 8 months into that engagement I had to fire that new company. They talked a good game and had a neat plan but they completely screwed up my digital presence, my website was taking 22 seconds to load, Google wouldn't even rank me, they had my Map pin marker 2 miles down the road, it was bad. So I came back to DMI and asked if they could help. I was welcomed with open arms. They got me fixed right up! Bill fixed my load times in ONE NIGHT. The other team couldn't fix it in 2 months! Kari and team got me back on track and I could see the difference in bookings and foot traffic within 45 days. I should have never left, they have my business and I'm not going anywhere. We cannot express how happy we are with DMI! Bill, Kari and their team are such a pleasure to work with. We have wasted so much money over the years on websites, consultants and advertising. We dropped everything else and put our company in the hands of the DMI team.
From the first meeting with them I have been so impressed with the interest they have shown in our products. We have NEVER had any consultant or website developer show ANY interest in LEARNING about our products. DMI asked excellent questions and LISTENED to us!
Our first meeting with them was attended by five DMI team members including the owner. One of the team members even hacked our overpriced "secure" website within 5 minutes! We had them scrap our website and build our new website for Precision Floor Marking, ASAP!
The level of quality and expertise is very affordable.
I liked the website and the results so much, I had them build another website for my lawn application business, Lone Oak Lawn Medix.
In the past, once our websites were up and running and they cashed our check, getting in contact with them was impossible. Days, even weeks passed before emails or phone calls were returned. Not with DMI! They answer emails the same day and answer the phone when you call. DMI team members know your name and are very friendly and helpful and any urgent changes we need to the site are handled immediately!
Sales for both companies quickly increased and we are just scratching the surface of the marketing capabilities possessed by the DMI team. We are looking forward to increasing our marketing to see how far we can grow!
