Service was used in a business for alarm system with 2 key pads & an 8 camera surveillance system. Initially they were responsive but several years in, less and less responsive. Tony was defensive & argumentative when we reported a lack of response as a reason we opted to split our security needs between another local company for alarm monitoring & Digital Future for our surveillance cameras. However, Tony has refused to offer any assistance with the expensive 8-camera system. I prefer to work with companies that honor service/equipment that they sold.

I can not say enough good things about Tony and his crew. They have gone above and beyond to work with my every need from the new construction rough-in to final hook-ups. This company knows their stuff and are very accommodating to ensure that we are getting the most out of products. They also introduce additional items to help with interconnectivity and further enjoyment. We purchased additional products and service based on the information we received from the knowledgeable staff. We have not used an alarm service in quite awhile but we were impressed with the team at Digital Future and their products and have no regrets. As a business owner I look for a company that is diligent, trustworthy, and professional. That is what I have found with the team at Digital Future.

Digital Future recommended an IT consultant to set-up our Wi-Fi network - this person was very responsive and did an excellent job. They also hung and set-up our TVs. Some TVs are older and they were able to provide a solution so they stream content like new TVs.

Tony and his team at Digital Future are the best in OKC. I have used other services before I used Tony’s team, and often had issues with service. Tony is immediately responsive and never hesitates to respond. I guess the key word is responsive. Additionally, the product is more advanced than most others. I’m not tech savvy but I don’t need to be with his company Digital Future. I just pull up the app and can do everything from my iPhone. The warranty policy is unparalleled. I highly recommend the company. I had ADT do a site visit at my new build before I was referred to Tony. ADT was much more expensive and couldn’t install the quality of security system I needed. My buddies all use Tony and we all now live in the safest neighbor in the community. Bad guys don’t mess with Tony at Digital Future
